On entering the villa you will be in the foyer which has ample space
for footwear, coats and all those presents. The view that presents itself
is the one shown opposite, the formal living area. Contained within
are two 3 seater sofas with a further 4 person sofa. For your entertainment
there is a 25" TV with cable/harddrive recorder, video recorder, DVD player with home theatre and a portable
music system. Two coffee tables and table lamps strategically placed
complete the room for your pleasure. The view from the main window looks
out over the pool area and onto Pinewood lake.
Kitchen - Dolphin Villa One
The kitchen is situated to the left side of the formal living area.
The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer with ice making facility,cooker,microwave & dishwasher
with all the plates,crockery and glasses you could need. There is also
a dining table able to seat six people.The washer and dryer are
located in the washroom in the entrance to the garage.
Dining Room - Dolphin Villa One
The dining room is located at the front of the house behind
the kitchen and can comfortably seat up to 6 people, if you should you choose to dine in, it has all the necessary equipment for an evenings
entertainment.
